Peach Pass Mobile App Adoption

Creative Outhouse helped the Georgia State Road And Tollway Authority launch the new Peach Pass GO! mobile app and website. To do that, the existing 90,000+ existing app users needed to create a new password, download the new app and set up a new username and password. Easy, right? 

Process: Our team developed the messaging and app iconography and set up an easy-to-follow video, emails and banners. The campaign also included a countdown and in-app reminders. The message took a rather tedious process and made it easy for users to follow.

Results: The app launched successfully, and users now enjoy a much-improved experience.
