Midtown Alliance - Community Activation
CO worked with the Midtown Alliance to communicate with their residents and business partners throughout the pandemic. The creative challenge was to bring people together when national messaging was causing rifts. We delivered a stay safe message, for example, without adding to the national conflict about mask wearing.
Food Lion Feeds - Community Engagement Launch
Food Lion grocery stores are truly committed to the communities they serve. CO and our partner helped announce Food Lion providing more than 500 million meals and announcing their new goals (an additional one billion meals) by creating the “Fill My Neighbor’s Plate” challenge. The creative inspired people to participate locally and on social media.
ATL Transit - Response Driven Campaign
CO worked with a PR and Digital Media partner to launch the ATLtransit.org website. Appealing to a younger demographic, we used satire and humor to attract people to the new website and use the new trip planning tool. In just eight weeks we generated 450,000 video views (some paid, many organic), and 8,800 people used the new online trip planning tool.

CO has worked with partners to launch and brand several service lines for hospitals including Emory University Hospitals, Northside Hospital, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Loyola Medicine in Chicago, and Tenet Hospitals, all with fantastic results. For Tenet, our messaging and creative was adopted by all 70 hospitals with a reported increase in procedures across the network nationwide.
Northside Hospital outperformed all other Georgia hospitals and hospital systems in terms of name and advertising recall according to the National Research Corporation.
Traffic Demand Management - Response Driven Behavior Change
CO worked with our partners on several initiatives that changed the way millions of people commute. We motivated people carpool, use transit and launched Express Lanes. Each time we exceeded goals. Clients included The State Road Tollway Authority, Georgia Commute Options/The Clean Air Campaign, The Georgia Department of Transportation and MARTA (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority). Work included messaging, annual reports, videos, advertising (TV, radio, print and outdoor), brand guidelines and location signage.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) - Influencing Physician, Medical and Consumer Audiences
Creative Outhouse worked with our PR partner on the CDC for 19 years and motivated people to get tested for HIV, exercise, get checked for various health issues, and in the examples below, changed the way people viewed autism. The campaign has had millions of material downloads and tens of millions of page views. This approach of using milestones to call attention to potential developmental disorders, is now standard practice worldwide.
