Tenet Healthcare

Tenet Hospitals sought to launch a campaign promoting their orthopedic services. They had more than 70 hospitals, each with its own brand. Creative Outhouse focused our messages and creative on the very moment people feel an orthopedic problem. Often patients put off surgery and it is in these moments they realize their lives are diminished. The campaign ran nationally and was hugely successful in increasing patient volumes.

The videos and ads have a generic logo for placement as each was tagged with the local hospital logo.

Northside Hospital

Situation

Creative Outhouse helped launch Northside Hospital Cancer Institute (NHCI).  The two-year “Where the Extraordinary Happens Every Day” campaign positioned NHCI as a cancer care leader in Georgia with inspiring creative.

Approach

We prepared a competitive analysis and market overview. We then developed a brand strategy. Our objectives were twofold: (1) to embrace Northside’s current image as a “friendly” community hospital, and (2) to position NHCI as a regional leader in cancer care. The NHCI campaign, “Where the Extraordinary Happens Every Day,” tells the story of patients overcoming cancer and going on to get the most out of life.

Results

Northside Hospital outperformed all other Georgia hospitals and hospital systems in terms of name and advertising recall according to the National Research Corporation.

The campaign moved NHCI to the preferred cancer care provider in the market in just one year according to a National Research Corporation survey.
